Aaron had a pretty good Memorial Day weekend. He was pretty active, but he might have been too active. On Tuesday and Wednesday he was in a lot of pain and spent most of the time at school in his wheelchair. This Thursday and Friday he has off from school. We needed to go down for a brace adjustment today (Thursday). Tomorrow, we will be driving down to Children's because he has been having so much pain. I am hopeful that it is just from overexertion and not because of a lingering infection.
However, it is really nice that he can fit in regular pants and jammies! It's nice not having to jury-rig things to fit over his fixator. We are looking forward to the weekend and for summer vacation to start. The boys are done school on the 17th! That's not too far away. We are also working on planning our Disney vacation. Lots of things to look forward to.
