Recovering

Aaron had a pretty good day. It is too painful to walk on his foot. I am not sure when he will be able to do that. He received a Sponge Bob gifts from his teachers at school. He really liked watching the video on the way to the hospital on Thursday. The best part is that he can wear his pjs over his new improved leg! I have not been able to get any pants (that are not significantly altered) over his leg with the fixator. Here is the picture.

Tomorrow he will be able to take a shower and we can change the dressing. We will get an idea of how is pin sites are healing.

I am thinking that he is beginning to look like Sponge Bob! What do you think?

I am going to try to get him out and about tomorrow. A trip to the library and to get his hair cut is in the works. He will most likely go to school on Monday. Have a good night!
