Christmas Fun

Merry Christmas, everyone!

We had a very nice, peaceful Christmas. On Christmas Eve, we got together with Jonathan's family for good food and present exchanging. We went to the children's service on Christmas Eve, and then cuddled in bed. Jonathan and I got to stay up and get ready for Christmas day.

On Christmas day, Nana and Papa came over for brunch. At noontime, grammie, grandpa, Aunt Kendra, and Uncle Ryan came for a turkey dinner and more presents. It was a much quieter Christmas this year, and we really enjoyed it.

The day after Christmas, grammie and I worked on a puzzle for most of the day while Ethan and Aaron play with their new toys. After grammie and grandpa left, Ethan, Aaron and Jonathan worked on 2 science experiments. First they mixed cornstarch, vinegar, and water to make an interesting mixture that was really runny when you mixed it slowly and really hard when you tried to mix it quickly. Then they made an old-fashioned vinegar and baking soda volcano! Lots of fun, but very messy! http://www.sciencebob.com/experiments/volcano.php

Ethan wanted to add something tonight "I went targit practising with my gun".
